6. For new pumps or new sealing rings, after 50 hours, open the water seal and check the amount of water and oil leakage. When the leakage exceeds 5ml, a 0.2MPa pressure test should be carried out to detect the cause and eliminate it. It should be checked once a month; when the leakage does not exceed 25ml, it can be continued. After inspection, you should use the specified lubricant.


7. The oil-immersed submersible pump after repair should be subjected to a 0.2MPa pressure test to check for leaks in all parts, and then add lubricant to the upper and lower housings.


8. When the temperature drops below 0, after stopping operation, the submersible pump should be removed and stored indoors away from the water surface.


9. The insulation resistance of the motor stator winding should be measured weekly, and the value should be reduced.
