I. Overview
Jiangsu Jiangjin Pump Industry Co., Ltd. was formerly a state-owned agricultural machinery repair factory in the 1950s. In the early 1980s, it cooperated with Shanghai People's Electric Machinery Factory to produce submersible pumps. It was one of the few professional manufacturers of submersible pumps in China at that time, and was among the first to obtain the production license for submersible pumps issued by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It participated in the "Research on Improving the Series of Submersible Pumps" scientific research project organized by the National Drainage Center, and obtained the certificate of completion of scientific and technological achievements issued by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics of China. With the continuous development of the enterprise, the product structure has developed from a single type to a diversified one. Currently, the products have been widely used in agricultural irrigation and drainage, industrial water supply and drainage, municipal construction, sewage treatment, environmental landscape engineering, petrochemical industry and other industries.
Jiangsu Jiangjin Pump Industry Co., Ltd. is located in the suburbs of Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, a historical and cultural city in the Yangtze River Delta. The Beijing-Shanghai and Ningjingyan expressways and the Xinchang and Ningqi railways pass through the area, making transportation very convenient. The factory covers an area of 42,200 m2, with 286 employees, including 48 professional and technical personnel. It has fixed assets of 72.2 million yuan, more than 200 sets of various metal-cutting equipment, computer-aided design (CAD), advanced testing and measuring devices, large-scale special processing equipment, and large-scale hoisting equipment, etc. The company has the production conditions for the entire process from design, casting, machining, assembly, and inspection to delivery. It also maintains a long-term and close scientific research cooperation relationship with Jiangsu University and the Fluid Power and Control College of Lanzhou University of Technology.
II. Product Introduction
The main products include QY, QS, QX, QJ, ISW (G), IH, QW, WQ, QZ (H), ZW, ZLB, WFB, ZFB type "Jiangjin" brand water pumps, control cabinets and their derived submersible pumps, fountain-specific submersible pumps, stainless steel fountain-specific submersible pumps, etc. At the same time, various submersible motors, fountain-specific underwater power machines and various shaped swings are produced, with an annual output and sales volume of more than 200,000 sets. The products have obtained the national industrial product production license issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation.
III. Production Technology
At the beginning of our submersible pump research and development, we partnered with the Fluid Machinery Research Center of Jiangsu University and hired pump design experts from Jiangsu University as our technical consultants. In recent years, we have also recruited and trained more than 20 professionals in fields such as mechanics, mechatronics, hydraulics, electronics and automation, and computers.
We have also established comprehensive cooperative relationships with relevant scientific research institutions and universities to obtain technological information, transform technological achievements, cultivate scientific and technological talents, and rapidly improve the company's scientific and technological strength.
In recent years, our company has invested more than 20 million yuan to establish a modern pump testing center, realizing computer-controlled pump testing. We have also established a pump industry research institute to achieve automated design. At the same time, we have purchased some precision instruments and machine tools to improve our processing methods, laying a solid foundation for improving product quality.
IV. Quality Management and Control
Jiangsu Jiangjin Pump Industry Co., Ltd. has a quality department with 26 full-time and part-time quality inspectors and more than 80 sets of testing equipment. It has the capability for full-process quality control, from raw material entry to product delivery. A quality manual and various procedural control documents have been compiled. Key and special processes are strictly produced according to operation instructions, inspected according to inspection standards, and have traceable inspection records. It has passed GB/T19001-2000-ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification.
The pump performance testing platform designed by Jiangsu University Drainage Machinery Testing Center is computer-controlled throughout the entire process, from data acquisition and processing to the issuance of test reports, ensuring the stability and improvement of product quality.
