Axial flow pumps are updated products of traditional electric pump units. The motor driving the pump is a dry, fully enclosed submersible three-phase asynchronous motor that can be submerged in water for extended periods. It has a series of advantages unmatched by traditional units.
(1) Because the motor and pump are integrated, on-site installation is convenient, and compared to traditional units, 95% of installation time can be saved.
(2) Because the motor is submerged in water, the motor cooling conditions are good, there is no high temperature or low noise in the pump station, an underground pump station can be built to maintain the ground environment, greatly simplifying the pump station geotechnical and structural engineering, and reducing the installation area.
(3) The submersible motor adopts a two-layer or three-layer mechanical seal and auxiliary sealing structure, F-grade heat-resistant 155 insulation, and the motor is equipped with seal leakage, winding, and bearing temperature rise detection devices.
(4) The detection signals will be reflected on the monitor of the electrical control cabinet, making operation convenient and easy to achieve automatic control and remote control.
How to protect the axial flow pump station?
Axial flow pumps are increasingly widely used in our daily lives, but they are not valued by people. Previously, there was no systematic information on pump station handling. So let's talk about how to handle the pump station yourself. First, the axial flow pump station must be inspected by someone.
If conditions permit, a small pump room should be set up around the pump station for use by monitoring personnel. If conditions do not permit, it should be checked at intervals. The axial flow pump station loading and unloading personnel should regularly check the maintenance and maintenance of the pump station power supply equipment, water pumps, and other units. Valves must not be rusted.

According to the different interference forces, the vibrations of axial flow pump units can be divided into three categories: hydraulic vibration, mechanical vibration, and electromagnetic vibration. In production practice, vibration is inevitable. Different types of axial flow pump unit vibrations always occur simultaneously and cannot be completely separated. The direct factors inducing these vibrations are also different. Hydraulic imbalance is the main source of interference force for the abnormally violent vibration of axial flow pump units during floods. It is necessary to correctly analyze the causes based on the actual situation, grasp the main contradictions, and take effective vibration reduction measures.
