Jiangsu Jiangjin Pump Industry Co., Ltd. was formerly a state-owned agricultural machinery repair factory in the 1950s. In the early 1980s, it cooperated with Shanghai People's Electric Machinery Factory to produce submersible pumps. It was one of the few professional manufacturers of submersible pumps in China at that time, and was among the first to obtain the production license for submersible pumps issued by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It participated in the "Research on Improving the Series of Submersible Pumps" scientific research project organized by the National Drainage Center, and obtained the certificate of completion of scientific and technological achievements issued by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics of China. With the continuous development of the enterprise, the product structure has developed from a single type to a diversified one. Currently, the products have been widely used in agricultural irrigation and drainage, industrial water supply and drainage, municipal construction, sewage treatment, environmental landscape engineering, petrochemical industry and other industries.

Corrosion has always been one of the most serious problems for chemical equipment, such as chemical pumps. A slight oversight can lead to equipment damage, or even accidents and disasters. Statistics show that approximately 60% of chemical equipment damage is caused by corrosion. Therefore, the scientific selection of materials is crucial when choosing chemical pumps. There is a common misconception that stainless steel is a "universal material", suitable for all media and environmental conditions, leading to the selection of stainless steel chemical pumps in all cases.
Before starting a chemical pump or vacuum pump, the suction pipe and the pump must be completely filled with liquid. After starting the pump, the impeller rotates at high speed, and the liquid inside rotates with the blades. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown outward from the impeller. In the diffuser chamber of the pump casing, the speed of the ejected liquid gradually slows down, and the pressure gradually increases. Then, the liquid flows out from the pump outlet and discharge pipe. At this time, a vacuum low-pressure zone without air or liquid is formed at the center of the blades because the liquid is thrown to the surroundings. Under the action of atmospheric pressure on the surface of the liquid pool, the liquid flows into the pump through the suction pipe. In this way, the liquid is continuously drawn from the liquid pool and continuously flows out from the discharge pipe.
1) Chemical pumps (stainless steel) are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, synthetic fiber, pharmaceutical, food, and synthetic fiber industries for transporting alkaline corrosive media; 2) Chemical pumps (fluoroplastic) are used for transporting any acidic or alkaline corrosive media; 3) Chemical pumps (cast iron) are used in industrial and urban water supply, drainage, and can also be used for irrigation and drainage in farmland and orchards to transport clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. II. According to the different uses of chemical pumps, a detailed introduction to their classification is as follows: 1) Process pumps: including feed pumps, reflux pumps, circulation pumps, flushing pumps, sewage pumps, supplementary pumps, and output pumps.
The QZ series submersible axial flow pump is specially designed for large flow rate and low head applications. The pump's head is generally below 10 meters. This product is an ideal replacement for traditional axial flow pumps. The motor and pump are integrated into one unit, submerged in water during operation, and possess a series of advantages unmatched by traditional units.
QSZ/QSH shaft, mixed flow pump, mainly used in plain areas, with a head of 2.5-80m, a flow rate of 450-4000m³/h, and an irrigation and drainage area of about 1000-6000 mu. The main features of this machine are: the pump and motor are integrated and submerged in water, allowing for remote operation or automatic control. It eliminates the need for a pump room and ground facilities, significantly reducing construction investment. The machine also features a simple structure, convenient installation, use, and maintenance, safe and reliable operation, and high pump station efficiency.
