Submersible pump for fountains


This submersible electric pump is a new type of power drainage and irrigation machinery with an integrated motor and pump. It features a compact structure, excellent performance, high efficiency and energy saving, small size, light weight, convenient installation and use, and does not require a pump room. It is widely used in farmland irrigation, shallow well water lifting, water supply and drainage systems, and fountain projects, etc.

Dry submersible electric pump


When installing a slurry pump, the following checks should be carried out: (1) The dimensions, position, and elevation of the foundation must meet the design requirements. The foundation bolts must be properly and correctly fixed in the concrete foundation, and the machine must not be missing parts, damaged, or rusted; (2) According to the characteristics of the medium transported by the slurry pump, the materials of the main parts, shaft seals, and gaskets should be checked if necessary; (3) The leveling and alignment of the slurry pump must meet the requirements of the equipment technology. If there are no regulations, it should comply with the provisions of the current national standard "General Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Mechanical Equipment Installation Engineering"; (4) The installation of all pipes and fittings connected to the slurry pump and the cleaning requirements of the lubricating oil pipelines must comply with the relevant national standards.

Submersible pump


Common slurry pump structures are as follows: (1) Pump head structure. The pump body adopts a double-layer pump casing (inner and outer double-layer metal structure), and the outer shell structure of the double pump casing is a vertical split type. The water outlet position can be installed at 45° intervals, rotated to 8 different positions. In order to effectively prevent shaft seal leakage, a combination of dynamic seal, packing seal or mechanical seal is adopted.

Single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump


1) Chemical pumps (stainless steel) are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, synthetic fiber, pharmaceutical, food, and synthetic fiber industries for transporting alkaline corrosive media; 2) Chemical pumps (fluoroplastic) are used for transporting any acidic or alkaline corrosive media; 3) Chemical pumps (cast iron) are used in industrial and urban water supply, drainage, and can also be used for irrigation and drainage in farmland and orchards to transport clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. II. According to the different uses of chemical pumps, a detailed introduction to their classification is as follows: 1) Process pumps: including feed pumps, reflux pumps, circulation pumps, flushing pumps, sewage pumps, supplementary pumps, and output pumps.

Horizontal self-priming centrifugal pump


Chemical pumps are nationally jointly designed energy-saving pumps. The pump's performance and technical requirements are designed according to the performance and dimensions stipulated in the international standard ISO2858. Its advantages include: a reasonable layout of the full series of hydraulic performance, a wide range of user choices, a "rear-opening" structure for convenient maintenance, and efficiency and suction head that reach internationally advanced levels.

Vertical self-priming pump without seal


The following points should be noted during the maintenance of slurry pumps: (1) The bearing water pressure and water volume must meet the regulations, and the tightness of the packing should be adjusted (or replaced) at any time to prevent slurry leakage from the shaft seal. Replace the bushing in time. (2) When replacing the bearings, ensure that the bearing components are dust-free and the lubricating oil is clean. The bearing temperature during pump operation should generally not exceed 60-65℃, and the maximum should not exceed 75℃.

Vertical multistage centrifugal pump


DL and DLR series single-suction multi-stage split-case centrifugal pumps are used for transporting clear water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. They are mainly used for water supply in high-rise buildings, and can also be used for factory and mine water supply and drainage, and the transportation of liquids. The flow range is 6.2-300m3/h, the head range is 23.6-225m, the matching power range is 1.5-200KW, and the diameter range is Φ40-Φ200mm.

Stainless steel vertical multistage centrifugal pump


DL and DLR series pumps are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water pressure boosting, fire pressure boosting, long-distance water supply, heating, bathrooms, boiler hot and cold water circulation pressure boosting, air conditioning and refrigeration system water supply, and equipment matching. The operating temperature of the medium for DL type pumps should not exceed 80℃, and for DLR type pumps, it should not exceed 120℃.

Vertical axial flow pump


The ZLB series axial flow water pump features high flow rate and low head, suitable for conveying clean water and other fluids with similar physical and chemical properties at temperatures not exceeding 50 degrees Celsius. Small and medium-sized axial flow pumps are widely used in agricultural irrigation and drainage, urban water supply and drainage, thermal power plant circulating water conveyance, ship water level lifting, aquaculture, salt field pool water pumping, and other water conservancy projects. Large axial pumps are mainly used for large-scale agricultural irrigation and drainage, inter-basin water transfer, and drainage in low-lying areas and lakes.

Features of HLB series mixed-flow pumps and vertical axial flow pumps: higher head than axial flow pumps; can transport clear water and other fluids with similar physical and chemical properties at temperatures not exceeding 50 degrees; small and medium-sized axial flow pumps are widely used in agricultural irrigation and drainage, urban water supply and drainage, thermal power plant circulating water transportation, ship water level lifting, aquaculture, salt field pool water pumping and other water conservancy projects; large pumps are mainly used for large-scale agricultural irrigation and drainage, inter-basin water transfer, and drainage in low-lying areas and lakes.

Submersible mixed flow pump


The QH series submersible mixed-flow pump is a submersible pump specially designed for large flow rates and relatively low heads, typically around 10 meters. This product is an ideal replacement for traditional mixed-flow pumps. The motor and pump are integrated into a single unit that operates submerged in water, offering a series of advantages unmatched by traditional units.

Submersible axial flow pump


The QZ series submersible axial flow pump is specially designed for large flow rate and low head applications. The pump's head is generally below 10 meters. This product is an ideal replacement for traditional axial flow pumps. The motor and pump are integrated into one unit, submerged in water during operation, and possess a series of advantages unmatched by traditional units.
